2. Download or File Access Issues:
- In the unlikely event that you face difficulties downloading or unzipping a product, we will assess the situation. If we confirm that the issue is due to file corruption on our end, we will promptly issue a refund and terminate the service associated with that product.

3. Product Not as Described:
- If the product does not match its description as provided on our site, you may file a claim within  7 days of purchase. We require clear, documented proof that the item significantly deviates from the information displayed on our website.

We do not accept refund or return requests under the following circumstances:
